Can you still hear your own intuition?
Do you ever find yourself gathering one more opinion before making a decision?
If so, this week's blog is for you.
Flashback: It’s Friday afternoon and you still haven’t made the decision you already put off for one week.
Maybe it was a big financial purchase.
Maybe it was an investment decision.
Maybe it was a commitment on how you will change your budget.
You find yourself still unclear. You feel you need just one more opinion from outside, perhaps even asking people that really don't have the full perspective to give you proper guidance…
Yet somehow, their voice begins to carry more weight than your own.
So why does this happen?
Noise.
When there is too much noise inside it’s nearly impossible to hear the quiet clear voice of your own intuition.

The fear is too loud.
The worries, too loud.
The voices of others taking space in our head, again too loud.
The overanalyzing has no end point.
It's like trying to see your reflection in a mirror that's been covered in years of dust.
To clean the mirror, you must find quiet inside.
The goal isn't to stop learning from other people.
Wise mentors and trusted advisors can be incredibly valuable.
The goal is to stop believing that everyone else's voice is more trustworthy than your own.
Financial confidence isn't built by collecting endless opinions. It's built by learning to hear yourself more clearly.

A journaling reflection
Think of one decision you've been delaying.
Now answer these questions without overthinking.
If no one else's opinion existed, what would I choose?
What am I afraid might happen if I trusted myself?
Whose approval am I still hoping to receive?
What would the most grounded version of me choose today?
When you've finished writing, close your journal.
Don't seek another opinion for the next 24 hours.
Simply notice what comes up.
Do you feel peace? Doubt? An urge to text someone?
Don't judge it. Just notice it.
Awareness is the first step toward hearing your own inner voice again.
Love,
Kristin
